What is Google Cash?

Google Cash is an approach to affiliate marketing based on using Google AdWords to drive targeted traffic an affiliate product (typically a downloadable information product) or to some sort of pre-sell for that product (a review, for example). You can start a Google Cash affiliate marketing campaign in literally 15 minutes. An AdWords account will cost you $5 to sign up, but you can sign up as an affiliate for a vast number of products at no cost. It might be the best way ever discovered to start a profitable business. It's certainly one of the cheapest. But will it work?

It certainly can. Actually, it lets you focus on what you really need to get good at: coming with a creative way to promote something. You don't have to spend time creating a product, because somebody else has done it already!

The Google Cash approach is simple:

  1. Pick an affiliate product to promote from an Affiliate Program Provider (APP), like ClickBank or CommissionJunction.
  2. Find low-competition keywords related to that niche.
  3. Buy Google AdWords ads for those keywords to drive traffic to the affiliate product (that's the "Google" part).
  4. Get paid (that's the "Cash" part).

The key is good keyword research. You need to find keywords that have a healthy number of searches per month, a relatively low Cost Per Click (CPC), and relatively few existing AdWords ads from affiliates. When you find those—yes, they still exist, in all kinds of niches—you've found a winner for your campaign.

You don't even need a website, because you can send traffic directly through your affiliate link to the site you're promoting. It's a beautiful thing.
